Inflow Breath Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 September 2026

At Inflow Breath, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we may share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

It applies when you visit our website, join the Inflow Breath Tribe, register for or attend an Inflow Breath event or experience, participate in an online session, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Inflow Breath.

1. Who we are

Inflow Breath provides immersive breathwork, music and wellbeing experiences, including in-person events, retreats, workshops and online sessions.

The organisation responsible for your personal information is:

Inflow Breath Ltd
Trading as Inflow Breath
Registered office:
61 Adley Street
London
United Kingdom

Email: inflowbreath@gmail.com

Inflow Breath Ltd is the data controller for personal information covered by this Privacy Notice.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information.

Contact and profile information

This may include:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Email address
  • Country of residence
  • Time zone
  • Age or date of birth, where this is reasonably necessary

We may use this information to administer the Inflow Breath community, provide experiences and communications relevant to you, establish eligibility for age-restricted experiences and schedule online experiences appropriately for our international community.

Booking and transaction information

If you book or register for an experience, we may collect information relating to:

  • Your booking or registration
  • The experience you have selected
  • Payment and transaction status
  • Relevant booking preferences

Payment card information will normally be processed directly by our payment provider and may not be stored by Inflow Breath itself.

Communications

We may retain emails, enquiries, feedback and other communications you send to us.

Event and participation information

If you attend an Inflow Breath event, retreat, workshop or online session, we may collect information reasonably necessary to administer the experience and support the wellbeing and safety of participants.

Health and wellbeing information

Because some Inflow Breath experiences involve breathwork and wellbeing practices, we may occasionally ask you to provide relevant health or wellbeing information to help us assess whether an experience is appropriate for you or whether any adjustments should be considered.

Health information is treated as special category personal data under UK data protection law.

We will only collect health or wellbeing information where it is relevant and necessary. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent or rely on another lawful condition permitted by data protection law.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your participation.

Technical and website information

When you use our website, we may automatically receive information such as:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • Website usage information
  • Cookie and similar technology information

Further information about cookies is provided below.

3. How we use your information

We may use your personal information to:

  • Register and administer your involvement with the Inflow Breath community
  • Provide a free introductory online session or other experience you have requested
  • Manage bookings, events, retreats, workshops and online sessions
  • Communicate important information about an experience you are attending
  • Respond to enquiries and requests
  • Administer payments and maintain appropriate financial records
  • Send news, event announcements, new sessions and community updates where we have permission or are otherwise legally permitted to do so
  • Support the wellbeing and safety of participants
  • Improve our website, experiences and communications
  • Prevent misuse or protect the security and integrity of our services
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Marketing and Inflow Breath communications

If you choose to receive Inflow Breath news, event announcements, online session information and other promotional communications, we will use your contact information for those purposes.

Where consent is required, we will ask you to actively opt in.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails or by contacting inflowbreath@gmail.com.

Withdrawing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications that are necessary for an event, booking, transaction or service you have requested.

We may retain limited information about your opt-out request so that we can respect your preference in future.

5. Our lawful bases for processing information

Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may rely upon:

Consent — where you have actively agreed to a particular use of your information, such as receiving certain marketing communications.

Contract — where processing is necessary to provide an experience, event, booking or service that you have requested, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Legitimate interests — where processing is reasonably necessary for the operation, administration, improvement or protection of Inflow Breath and those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Legal obligation — where we need to process or retain information to comply with applicable law, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Where we process special category information, such as health information, we will also identify an appropriate additional legal condition for that processing. Where appropriate, this may be your explicit consent.

Where we rely upon consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully took place before you withdrew consent.

6. Children and age requirements

Some Inflow Breath experiences may have minimum-age requirements.

Where age information is necessary, we will use it to establish eligibility and administer our experiences responsibly.

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for direct marketing unless the appropriate consent or other lawful basis and safeguards required by law are in place.

If a particular Inflow Breath experience is restricted to adults, this will be made clear when registering or booking.

7. Photographs, video and recordings

Some Inflow Breath events and experiences may be photographed, filmed or recorded.

Where recording takes place, we will provide appropriate information to participants and obtain consent where this is required.

Participation in an Inflow Breath event or joining the Inflow Breath Tribe does not automatically give us permission to use an identifiable image, voice, testimonial or personal story for promotional purposes.

Where we ask for specific permission for promotional use, you will be given appropriate information about the intended use.

8. Who we share information with

We may use trusted service providers to help us operate Inflow Breath, including providers of:

  • Website hosting and website services
  • Email and community communications
  • Event registration and booking systems
  • Payment processing
  • Video conferencing and online-session technology
  • Data storage and cloud services
  • Website analytics
  • Administrative and professional services

These providers may process personal information on our behalf. In some cases, a provider may act as an independent data controller under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, where reasonably necessary to protect people or our organisation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

We do not sell or rent our community database to third parties.

9. International data transfers

Inflow Breath has an international community and some of the technology providers we use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where a transfer of personal information is subject to international-transfer restrictions, we take steps to ensure an appropriate legal mechanism is in place.

Depending on the destination and circumstances, this may include transferring information to a country covered by UK adequacy regulations or using appropriate contractual safeguards or other transfer mechanisms permitted under UK data protection law.

You may contact us if you would like further information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.

10. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

The period will vary according to the type of information and why we hold it.

For example:

  • Community and marketing information may be retained while you remain subscribed or involved with Inflow Breath.
  • If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information necessary to record and respect that preference.
  • Booking and transaction records may be retained for the period necessary to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
  • Health and wellbeing information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any applicable legal or safeguarding requirement.
  • Enquiries and correspondence may be retained where reasonably necessary to administer our relationship with you, maintain appropriate records or resolve a dispute.

We periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise information we no longer need.

11. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Some cookies may be necessary for the website to function. Others may help us understand how visitors use our website, improve the visitor experience or measure the effectiveness of our communications.

Where consent is required, non-essential cookies will not be activated until you have made an appropriate choice.

You can manage your cookie preferences using the controls provided on our website and through your browser settings.

Further information may also be provided in our Cookie Notice or cookie preference centre.

12. Keeping your information secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

We also seek to use service providers and systems appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information involved.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights

Depending upon the circumstances and the law that applies, you may have rights in relation to your personal information.

Under UK data protection law these can include the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Ask us to erase information in certain circumstances
  • Ask us to restrict certain processing
  • Object to certain processing, including direct marketing
  • Request portability of certain information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent

You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing.

These rights are not absolute and can depend upon the circumstances and lawful basis on which information is being processed.

To exercise your rights, contact:

inflowbreath@gmail.com

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If you live outside the United Kingdom, local privacy laws may give you additional rights and you may also have the right to contact the relevant privacy or data protection authority in your country or region.

14. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as Inflow Breath develops, our services change, the technology we use changes or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on our website together with the date on which it was last updated.
